  • The candidate needed to help make the customer success team more commercial in identifying up-sell opportunities

THE SOLUTION:

  • Ridgeway identified and placed an analytical yet commercial customer success leader who had built out the customer success function at two prior private equity-backed firms. In addition, the placement was a diverse female, which was an added bonus as the client had been focused on creating a more diverse executive team.
