ABOUT ERICA
Erica Stellar joined Ridgeway as a senior consultant in 2021, and focuses on executive and board level recruiting in our technology, fintech and financial services practices.
Prior to Ridgeway, she was a senior consultant for a boutique recruiting agency, specializing in senior-level searches in the technology sector. Having previously worked in both agency and corporate settings in a wide range of industries, she has led strategic searches for small, high growth start-ups and hired critical roles for Fortune 500 companies. Her talent acquisition experience includes global searches for leadership roles in marketing, sales, operations, data science, engineering, HR and finance.
Erica began her career in college admissions and educational travel. She has a BA in Sociology from Ithaca College and an MA in International Education from Columbia University.
