ABOUT KATE
Kate joined Ridgeway Partners in 2023 and is currently an Associate based in the New York office. She focuses on research and outreach support for executive and board appointments.
Before joining the Ridgeway team, Kate worked as an Associate at an executive search firm focused on high growth technology companies working in their financial services and marketing technology verticals and go-to-market functional roles. Kate began her career in public relations, first at Magrino Public Relations and later at Clarim Media, where she managed client accounts.
Kate graduated from the University of Richmond in 2019 with a BA in Journalism.
