ABOUT BOBBI
Bobbi Dahlstrom, J.D. is a Senior Consultant in the New York City office and a member of the Technology, Fintech, and Financial Services practices, as well as the functional verticals of Finance, Marketing & Sales and Strategy. Bobbi also works with Private Equity portfolio companies on executive and Board of Directors searches. She takes a comprehensive approach to helping organizations build successful leadership teams, scale operations, and secure long-term success and profitability.
Prior to joining Ridgeway, Bobbi was a member of Boyden’s New York Office office, supporting retained searches in the Industrial, Technology, and Real Estate/Construction sectors. Before entering the executive search world seven years ago, Bobbi founded a business development and sales/marketing consulting firm, primarily advising entrepreneurs and startups. She began her career practicing business and employment law as an Attorney and Business Development/Marketing Coordinator.
Bobbi received a BS in Biology and minor in Psychology from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, as well as a JD from the University of St Thomas, School of Law, Minneapolis. She is a former Board Member and Social Coordinator for the Twin Cities Sailing Club, a former Board Member at Community Shares of Minnesota, and a Woman of the Year Candidate 2017 for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
