Rebecca is a Consultant in the Board Practice delivering on non executive and chair appointments across FTSE main market, AIM listed and other businesses. She excels in making diverse appointments and introducing next generation talent to boards.
Prior to joining Ridgeway Partners, Rebecca worked for Odgers Berndtson in the Government Practice. She specialised in bringing commercial talent onto government and arms length bodies boards and has built a significant track record in making diverse non executive appointments across government. At Odgers Berndtson, Rebecca chaired the company’s internal Ethnicity Allies Group, responsible for helping actively promote the culture of inclusion through intentional, positive and conscious efforts.
Rebecca spent her earlier career at Michael Page and Hays working within the financial services sector. She brings a strong understanding of international markets and is trilingual in English, Mandarin and Shanghainese.
Rebecca holds a BA in Economics and Finance from Durham University.
