Julie is the Founder of PinchHitCMO and serves on the Advisory Board at DemandSpring, a B2B marketing agency. Julie has served as the head of Marketing and CMO for various global advisory, services and software companies.
She is deeply skilled in digital transformation, talent mapping and executive coaching. She has built marketing organizations from the ground up, launched new brands within established companies, led and mentored global marketing teams, and partnered with C-Suite counterparts to drive measurable customer engagement that impacts business results.
An accomplished thought leader and communicator on workforce issues, Julie has been a featured conference speaker and blog contributor, and was also named among the top “Women in HR Technology to Watch” by Recruiting Daily.
Julie also serves on the Board of Jhamtse International, a global philanthropy focused on the power of compassion to heal childhood trauma, featured in the Emmy-award winning film, “Tashi and the Monk”.
Julie received her BA in English and Journalism from Lafayette College, and she holds a Masters Degree in International Relations from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland.
