Our Process

1. Kickoff

Ridgeway meets with the client to determine the ideal fit from a personal, professional, and cultural perspective and finalizes the position description.

2. Calibration

Prospects and sources contacted by Ridgeway. Ridgeway meets with strongest candidates, prepares detailed reports, and reviews with client to begin calibration.

3. Execution

Client interviews commence. Feedback collected on weekly calls. Candidate outreach continues while a shortlist of the strongest candidates is identified.

4. Referencing

Ridgeway completes additional referencing and background checks on strongest candidates, including both references provided by candidates and blind references from our network. Finalist candidates are determined and final interviews arranged with client.

5. Negotiation

Final candidate is selected. Ridgeway offers guidance on compensation and offer is delivered. When necessary, Ridgeway aids in negotiations before offer letter is presented.

6. Onboarding & Closeout

Once offer is accepted, Ridgeway then closes out other candidates. Ridgeway continues to stay in contact with candidate after start date to ensure smooth transition.
