Jenna Leach joined Ridgeway Partners in 2022 as a Project Coordinator supporting our fintech, technology and financial services practices. A dedicated client service professional, she has over ten years of experience in various administrative roles overseeing organizational activities of non-profit groups, government agencies, and businesses.
In her previous roles, she supported various departments in small and large organizations by supervising staff, hiring & training employees, managing quality assurance programs, and strategizing process improvements.
Native to Buffalo, NY, Jenna lives in Topsail Beach, NC, and is passionate about furthering knowledge and learning new skills through courses & certifications. Jenna is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. A volunteer, military spouse, and mother, she is passionate about health and fitness and devotes her free time to personal growth and development.
