ABOUT KATHY
Kathy has worked in the executive search field for three decades, completing senior level hires primarily in the asset and investment management sectors. Clients have included buy-side institutional investment managers, hedge funds, mutual fund companies, plan sponsors and private wealth management organizations.
Functionally, she’s completed searches for chief investment officer, senior marketing and sales, client service, private asset management, alternatives and various operational and finance professionals.
Prior to joining Ridgeway Partners, Kathy was with Whitehead Mann and its US predecessor firm, Pendleton James Associates, and has worked with Ridgeway’s partners throughout that time. Before entering the search profession, Kathy held research and management roles with an international boutique strategy and marketing consulting firm.
Kathy received a BA from Cornell University and is a current and former board member of several community non-profit organizations.
