Richard (Rick) Nino

Rick is an accomplished investment management executive and organizational strategist with a distinguished track record of leading investment management start-ups and global growth initiatives across multi-jurisdictional settings.

He co-led the founding of Fiera Capital Corp’s U.S. business (Fiera USA) in 2012. And as Head of Global Distribution led its business development and expansion into Europe, Asia, Japan, and Australia. He served as a member of Fiera’s Global Executive committee in addition to his role as Chairman, Fiera Capital Europe.
Rick currently serves as Senior Advisor to the CEO and Strategist to Fiera’s London based Global Emerging and Frontier Markets strategies. He also serves as a member of the Independent Review Panel for Toronto based Third Eye Capital – a leading Canadian based Private Capital investment firm. He is a former board member of SERVE Canada.

Rick earned an MBA from McMaster University (Degroote School of Business), completed graduate studies in Investment Strategies and Portfolio Management from The Wharton School and was one of the inaugural graduates of the Chartered Director (C.Dir) program at McMaster University. In addition he was former adjunct professor in the Faculty of Business – Wilfrid Laurier University.
